謝文中博士是一位醫務社會工作者。曾於美國伊利諾大學香檳分校社會工作學院（School of Social Work at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign）擔任訪問學者，近年學術關懷「社會工作與科技的可能整合途徑」。授課領域為醫務社會工作、社會工作直接服務、個案管理專題討論、方案設計與評估、社工研究方法與社會福利行政等。謝博士研究主題延續過去實務經驗，與臨床和一線社工合作，對臨床服務問題進行研究和發表文章。
